Awesome story Chaos and congrats! That's cool how it worked out for ya.

Apparently, pretty much everyone was kept in the dark about the route change for the Torch.

Re: Satriani at GC?

Or how about the guy who thinks he's got the first PRM? 110241799923

This is the part that made me laugh: " I have nearly 40 guitars, so that is why I am letting this go. If you watch action films, I starred in Fast and the Furious, Blade 2, The Transporter, etc... Also I took the photos with my phone, so I apologize."

For someone who apparently has enough resources, he sure as hell can't afford a digital camera

Here's another one, and this one is a classic! 260228535236. The guy wants $5K for a BIN option for what looks like a japanese made dinky with a reverse headstock and an eerie dess paintjob with Joe's signature on the back of the headstock

Re: Satriani at GC?

During the QnA some dude asked Joe if he could have Joe's 1200. Joe said he liked that question because nobody asked this before and he should give the guitar to him just for this...but then he said he has three more shows to do so sorry.

So if any of you guys will be at the last show, ask him maybe you'll get that guitar he's been playing. Good luck.

P.S sorry for the delay in photos I think emericavox's pics are probably better then mine anyway.

That's one of the reasons Joe got so pissed at a "fan" one time. He brought a bunch of stuff for him to sign and apparently the guy told him that he was going to put it on the bay for sale. Nowadays, if you bring a pickguard and ask Joe to sign it, he'll be very leary to do so or not even do it at all.

Re: Satriani at GC?

I remember seeing that S being carried by the owner...pretty lame!

No way am I getting rid of my back plate. I'm selling my 3120, so I'm kinda glad I didn't take it to get signed!

Re: Satriani at GC?

I emailed the guy with the S on the bay and he replys

"LOL, well I seen a jackson worth a lot less on here for 5k signed by Joe, and I was considering lowering the price to 4k. the guitar itself is worth 2k."

Are people really this daf?

A signature is worth nothing until they are dead.

Re: Satriani at GC?

A Neil Armstrong signature is worth $3000, and he's not quite dead yet. Joe's isn't though
