I assume you weren't referring to a case of the poots?

Another cool thing I noticed about Joe is that he seemed to sign my guitar more slowly and carefully than the CD covers I brought. I guess he didn't wanna accidentally squiggle right off the headstock!

Re: Satriani at GC?

i took my 8 yr. son ,oh man what a inspireing night musically, apr 10th at the gc clackamas ,we arrived about 3:00 in the afternoon to find a line around the building up the street around the corner. so many people in line so mywife dropped us off just a few minutes later came the manager, brian really cool guy any way since i just got my ibanez jem7vwh a few weeks ago i was on a reserve list to get in v.p. style ,we were let in and were given tags to mark a seat we were soooo lucky 2nd row yes not more then 10 feet away, anyway he started off with backtracks from his album then he would discuss ways he came up with song and techniques theory and scales ,from there he went to another song and did the same ,after 6 mor 7 songs he went into a question and answer situation then intodiscussion about his signature straps and pedals from vox its called the saturator ,kewl looking red box with white chicken knobs, from there a little bit of jams then into a autograph signing ,my son had a sig on the guitar world with steve vai and him on the cover then i pulled out my trusty little ibanez ts9 for him to sign then he said this is a very very kewl pedal ,as we were moving on my son got a tap on the shoulder and never guess what ,,yes he got the guitar pick he was using all night ,it all lasted about 2 and a half gloriously inspirational hours.
