Yeah I saw images of Vai's axes and they both have tremsetters. They look pretty cool and must do a lot. Could someone tell me, could you use this on a js 1000 and if so how much and how do they work?

Yeah you should be able to use them. Although he uses Ibanez Backstop tremsetters, which are quite rare though.

You should be able to install an Ibanez backstop into a JS1000 without any problems. Mind you, prices for them vary quite a lot. I'm quite happy with the ESP Arming Adjuster which is more or less the ESP version of the Backstop.

But yeah, if you do a search for "Ibanez backstop" you're going to be guaranteed to find info on it.

It's a backstop..... I don't know why Ibanez stop producing them
