I think Joe has to be one of the most chill and least egotistical virtuosos out there. He just seems to have fun and not worry too much about things.

Guitar world photo shoot from a few months back,or one of the mags i read ! It was a cool shoot and very cool for John 5 i bet.

We saw Joe last night and he played a lot on the limited "Blackdog" reissue (whatever). The finish looked machine-applied compared to the original. But that's another thread... and I'm not a JS guy.
Good to see Joe has a cool sense of humor.

There was also an article with those photo's in it in Total Guitar magazine. I lent it to a friend, but i think it does have a comment from Joe about the photo's

Yeah found it,nosio is right, Total guitar #176 June 2008. I belive it may have been photo shopped for the issue,but cool either way.
