I've got three types, the JS1000, JS10th and JS6. I'm more often seen with a JS1000 in my hands than I either my JS6 or my JS10.

Basically it comes down to 2 factors.

1) I'm worried about beating up my JS10th so it only comes out to play from time to time and ...

2) At the moment I miss the trem when I'm playing on the JS6 so it tends to get put into loads of different tunings or for stuff alittle different to the stuff I'd normally play.

The JS1000 is a fantastic guitar and is more than anything a great alround rock guitar,

I hope one day to get a JS90, but I think Rich is the real guy to talk to about the different models, as he's owns more of them than Satch The Graphic Finish ones sound the best though something to do with the clear coat I understand

Currently:
JS1BK (with a single pup in the middle position)

Had:
JS3 - Donnie (Rich's fave - he reminds me everytime I ask ;-) )
JS6 - (recently saw up for auction on e*b*a*y)
JS1000BTB

Out of those I played the JS6 the most. The tone was AMAZING!!!

I had a 1996 JS1000, a 1998 JS100, and about 7 or 8 Radiuses.

I still have 2 radiuses and no JSes. I like the Ultra profile better than the older JS (flatter fingerboard), and I'm not a big FRED fan. But 1998 & newer JS1000 models have the slightly conical fingerboard - that might be better, but I've never owned one. I DO love the Warmoth necks, which are also conical, albeit more radical.

One JS1000WH (99) and One JS100BK (94)

I play the JS1000 more. the JS100 is in refinishing state after being swirled. But even after that I will still play my JS1000 more

I do plan on getting another JS1000 to swirl, time will tell.

Currently own:

JS90HAM :P
JS1 Inferno Red :P

Of course I love my JS90th, and you will definitely see me with it more than the JS1. It's just got a great natural tone! I'm still workin on the JS1. Might do a pup switch!

Previously owned:

JS1000WH
JS100TR

Rich is conspicuous by his absence from this post. I for one would love to see Rich's personal collection online somewhere. I think his life's mission is to hoard every custom graphic JS on the planet

Rich has been too busy to figure out what he's got now. Most of them are in the Gallery, but not all of course

OK, without some of the details

90' JS2CH Proto [Australian NAMM guitar]
90' Donnie [91' catalog and US NAMM/German NAMM guitar]
90' Donnie
91' JS1BK
91' Proto [alder body]
91' Donnie
91' Donnie
91' Donnie
92' Rainbow Proto
92' Rainbow [my fave]
92' Rainbow
92' Rainbow
92' Rainforest
93' Donnie [#005, thanks Chris!]
93' Donnie [my fave, thanks Eddie!]
98' JS10th #35
00' JS2KPLT #12

I think that's it. I have personal favorites for looks but I'd have to get them all out and set them up [which they are in dire need of maintanence I'm sure!] to figure out which was my favorite player again, I've just plain forgotten.

Sold - uh, alot, I'm not even sure I could remember which ones I at one time considered mine and which were just inventory!

If you ever get time, Rich, would you do a gallery update? I know it's a bit cheeky to ask, but I'm nosy.

If I had to keep just 1? I'll flip your lid and say my JS1BK, after all that's all I was after to begin with! I just happened to get a Forest and Bow before I ever found one

Nah, make that the JS2, I'm not crazy!!
