Volume knob too tight

Hi all,

the volume knob on my js900 is too tight (tone knob too). I cant turn the knob with my pink or any other finger, its way too tight. I have to use two fingers to turn that it.

How can I make the knobs more loose so that turning them with one finger becomes easy.

Are you sure the knob is not scraping against the body ?
If so unscrew the little screw a bit and pull it up somewhat ?

If the POT is screwed then replace it...
