It was made in 2003 at the Fujigen factory. You can't tell anymore than that.

heck, if it's a js neck it IS a good neck

since it's 2003 MIJ it's off a JS1000 or JS2000...
dunno if there are any color differences on the headstock so you'd know for sure... the JS2000 has a black headstock with gold ibanez logo, though... dunno about the bp (think it's got the same)
