I was reading through this book of the history of guitars and famous
guitar players, and I came across a pic of
Joe satriani with an Ibanez I've never seen before. Maybe someone knows what I'm talking about, but it was like the electric rainbow model only all the little shrieks were purle instead of rainbow colored and the body was black. Has anyone seen this before? was it ever marketed? it was awesome looking. The picture looked like it was from the mid to late 80s. Maybe it was a customized rainbow model?
