The JS1200 came with gold hardware instead of chrome? I think it's kind of weird that Ibanez didn't make the logo match the hardware because a silver logo would've been more appropriate IMO. Does anyone with photoshop skills have the time to putz around and make a JS1200 with gold hardware with the exception of the pickups?

I think the 1200 would look horrible with gold hardware. It is kinda odd that it doesn't have a chrome logo though.

i like the gold it looks less tacky but just as cool as the gold on the jem

Gold and CA Red always works well. I'm not a fan of gold hardware at all, but it works right there. However, forget chrome, forget gold, even forget yukky black.... it's all about anodized hardware!

talking of which, has anyone snagged an Anodized Floyd recently? I saw they made them a few years back, but have yet to see one first hand.

I'm REALLY not fan of the gold hardware at all, I think it's better with chrome and should really go back to the old screened silver logo

just curious, how do you change the color of the hardware on a stock photo like that?? what software can do that?

Um I'd guess Photoshop with the Color Replacement tool

The gold goes with the gold logo but I don't like that as it is, and that boring red one? They're beautiful in real life, they've got that flaky paint, pics can't do them justice.
