What's the difference? - Between JS 900 & 1000


Hey!

What's the difference between theese two guitars? Are there any tech difference? Finish- difference? What is it? Can't find a reasonable answer anywhere, so you guys (girls?) *(mostly Rich i guess) *are my last hope...lol

What's the difference?


The 900 has chrome hardware, with an original Edge. The 1000 has Cosmo hardware, with a LoPro

There's a little more to it than that, I don't believe it has the multi radiused board, and I'm not sure it has the push pulls either. Too bad the Euor catalog isn't more help, it even has the frets listed as Jumbos! LOL

Plus the 900 does not have the coil tap or treble boost thing.

I'm pretty sure the js900 has the coiltap, but it doesn't have the highpass filter.

Just looking at my catalogue now the JS900 dosen't have any of that. The JS100 does which is strange. *(According to this cat anyway)

What's the difference?


The JS900 does not have push/pull knobs. So you get neither the single coil tap or the bypass filter. What you do get is an Original Edge Tremolo, Fred and PAF Pro pickups. I think this guitar should be the JS100 for the States. Also comes only in Black Pearl. Thats becaue the JS1000 here is Burnt Transparent Blue. Hope that helps! Later...................
