About a half year ago I bought myself a secondhand ibanez JS
I think it's a 6000 but I'm not very sure
I want to upload a picture but I don't know how to do
Can someone help me
Thanks Frederik

Re: Which model is it

www.photobucket.com is pretty easy to use...

anyway, if you cant at all post pics, you can at least try and tell us what it looks like

if its indeed a 6000 it should be a hardtail, Trans Red or natural oiled mahogany body, natural headstock, abalone dots and "JS Custom" inlays on the fretboard... standard JS pickups and switching...

There is a picture
The picture isn't very good but I think you can see the guitar good enough
I found some stuff on the internet about the JS6000 and I think mine is one
I bought mine here in europe for about € 1400 second hand
Has anyone got an idea what it would cost new (probably less in the USA than in Europe)

Re: Which model is it

You're right : your guitar is clearly a JS 6000 in light of the fixe bridge, natural finish and 21st fret inlay. JS 6/6000 prices generally are around $1000 depending of their shape but you have to consider the shipping costs and customs and VAT to reach the final amount. Hope this helps.

Re: Which model is it

But what I meant was that if I sold mine it would already be third hand
And maybe I would have to ask less
And what I still wanted to know is what they costed when they were new long time ago
Thank for the answers
