1984 Roadstar 2....info wanted.

Evening people...
Just to pass the time recently i've been trying to find some background info on my old roadstar 2. Serial no.G841797,black blue sunburst,twin humbuckers,rosewood neck single tone and vols etc....i've trawled several websites and looked at old on-line catalogues but havent really seen any others like this part from the colour!
Any info would be appreciated...

Sometimes the neckplate serial year is off by one from the catalog year, you might have a '85 model.

Pictures of your guitar would help tremendously in the identification process.

i'm afraid i cant post any pics cos i havent got a camera!!
but... mine is very very like the steve luckather one on the left in terms of finish although i suspect not quite as high spec, cos mine has a v5 lead pick up and a super 70 in the neck..i think.Also the trem is fairly standard and the vol and tone knobs are black plastic.
