570 Serial Number

i'm buying used RG570 but it doesn't have serial number. why? is it normal?

Mine was on a sticker on the back of the headstock. and I also see other people with the same serial location. Maybe it got scratched off.

Also I dont know if you can tell what model an Ibanez is purely on the serial number. (I'm speaking about the mass produced one's)

You can't. Only the date it was manufactured. And even that may be incorrect.

old neck i think.
the sustain is nood good enough too.
i'm scared if something happen to my guitar before.

i bought a jem with no serial no too. that was actually a very long time ago. in 1991.
