Put a photo up so we can see if it's set up properly. Then we might be able to see what the problem is.

Yep... it is!

Ok... I have returned the guitar already.
I didn't get to shoot the "knob touch", but the bridge level, as well as the action, can be seen on these photos;




As it can be seen, the action is as low as it goes without fret buzz or choking on high fret bendings. The knife edge is paralell to the body.
Any ideas...

I think the issue might be this - Well on my guitar its like this.

First take a look at this random picture I found on google http://joe.emenaker.com/TremStabilizers/tremsetter.jpg (I just typed in Ibanez Tremsetter because I didn't know what to search for)

You see in the bottom right there is that little doohickey where the whammy bar come thru, well on my guitar you can tighten and loosen a screw which raises and lowers the whammy bar.
