seem that its a 22 fret neck on a body made for 24 fret neck, surely it must have intonation issue.

check how much the neck heel is protuding from the pocket.....

What a piece of junk. But his name says it all: shabbilyeverafter2. That is surely one of the shabbiest guitars I've ever seen. And I question whether any part of it is RG550.

It looks like there may not be an intonation problem. There seems to be a gap where the last frets would be.
