There used to be an S-series with piezo, but not anymore, and there was never any other guitar, RG, S, or otherwise that had the Roland system built into the saddles, piezo-style. Also, there is not, and never has been an Ibanez guitar with both piezo and Roland capability (*cough*Godin*cough*).
This is the only other piezo-equipped Ibanez available (other than acoustics of course):
