Advice on string locking question

On my SA-160QMTG, the SAT30 trem is begging for abuse but it don't like to hold tuneing for long. I was considering either; locking tuners, but I am unsure if there are any direct bolt on(maybe just new screw holes) or if i have to chage the slot where the go through the headstock..
Or adding an aftermarket locking nut---or one of the old style Kahler string lock that go behind the nut(thereby keeping everything pretty much original).

Any ideas, comments, advice, or gripes?

Locking nut if it will fit. I think TopLokIIIs are being sold separately.

I'm about to do the same thing to the SA160 I use as my "travel" guitar. I'm gonna try the Planet Waves locking tuners first, since they are a direct replacement with no new holes required. (I don't think there is any need for the Sperzels with the graduated post height, because the SA160 already has a tilt-back headstock). If that doesn't get it, next will be a graphite nut or LSR roller nut. The Planet Waves lockers and LSR nut have been suggested here in the forum. A search on "locking tuners" should find the threads. I think a locking nut would be a drag on the SA160 because the SAT30 bridge doesn't have fine tuners, meaning you'd have to unlock/lock the nut every time you needed to tune.
