Another tremolo comparison thread

I've been itching for a new Ibanez guitar for quite some time but there has been one issue...

Is the edge III weak enough in comparison to the ZR to choose an S instead of an RG? I like much about the RG over the S, including the looks, 24 fret neck, and body shape, but I've heard nothing but disgusting things about the edge III, and I've heard only good things about the ZR. I'm too poor to afford a prestige, so I'm stuck with the lower end choices.

Can anyone give me some words? Thanks.

I'd go with the ZR if I were you, a better investment IMHO. (WOOO 1000 POSTS!)

i really like the ZR trem on my new S. i would never have bought a trem guitar again if it weren't for the ZR.

The edge III sucks ass, but I really don't like 22 frets. I would go for
the ZR trem over 24 frets though. g/l with your decision!
