Another "What the Heck is WRONG with People??" Thread
What is it that motivates people to destroy collectible guitars? I'm not talking about swapping pickups or putting a new pickguard on. I'm talking about the voluntary destruction of a LIMITED PRODUCTION collectible guitar???? It's one thing to just play it and get normal wear and tear. I respect that. I don't agree with it for a collector's piece, but I RESPECT it. But to take a NEW RG 20th RFR and attack it with 200 grit sandpaper?? OMFG. I just don't get it.
To see the carnage, check out auction #320187525731. You've been warned.
So not only do you destroy the collectors value of a sweet guitar, but then you look at it and go, "Eh. I don't think I really want that guitar anymore..." and put it up for sale??? There should be a law...
I like the quote, "No defects or hidden problems." He even sanded all the color off the headstock!!!!!
