Any clue what Ibanez this is, RG?

http://saltlakecity.craigslist.org/msg/674623130.html

I might buy it if it is Japanese. I am in touch with the local guy. He knows little about it and I won't get to see it for a few days. I know there is an expert here because you all helped me find an RG470 which I still love.

Any help at all is appreciated including any info on pickups. If you own one tell me about it!

its an ex350. korean model from the early 90's. the pickguard is the most obvious giveaway.

Is this the model with the TRS trem that everyone (many here) complain about?

I knew there would be some pros here. $200 sounds like an ok price, but I have had Japanese models for that same price. I think I might pass on this one.

I know. I am a snob...

$200 is a good price for that guitar, but even the rg2xx-3xx are better guitars for the same money. an aanj and 24 fret neck would steer me into the rg range with a similar trem and pickup configuration. if you are indeed the snob you say you are, hold off and save your pennies for a japanese rg. for $300-500 will get you most any japanese rg5xx. it all depends on how rare and beat up you're looking at. better quality and craftsmanship all around. now, for $150 for that ex350. i'd get it as a beater, but for $200, i'd pass. amazing what $50 will seperate!

Whether it's cheap or not, it's a crap guitar. Don't bother.
