Best AANJ IYO and Why

Looking for a replacement neck for a 350DX, but do not like the wizard II neck. I really like the feel of the JS neck on my JS100, but it is not an AANJ. IYO, what is the best neck as a replacement, and should I get it off of the bay?

Any Wizard neck as long as the condition is good. It will cost you quite a bit.

Sand down the 350 neck to match the JS contour.

Sanding it down will not improve it IMO. Does anyone know of a vendor that has necks stock-pilled and freshly painted and decaled? I do not want to pay someone to paint the headstock myself or by someone else. I also do not want a used one with a ton of string change scratches on it either!
