Can I buy a replacment neck for this guitar?

Hi folks.. I just traded for this guitar:
http://www.chrisguitars.com/iban90sabre-custom-car.jpg which is a Sabre 540. I understand from others on this forum that it has a Low Pro bridge / trem. Are they good? If so, can I buy a replacment neck from anyone? It looks like it would take a standard strat neck? Is that so or does anyone know if like a warmoth neck would work as I'd love to get a really pretty flame maple neck or birdseye maple neck for it and use the existing hardware such as the tuners, locking nut, etc..

Lo-pro bridge/trem is awesome. Ibanez put it on most of their higher end guitars up until last year. As for the neck? Is it damaged? If not, I would give it a try and see if you like it. Alot of guys on here love their 540's.
