D TUNA EVH will it work on original Edge tremolo system

good day, fellow jemites.

I am enquiring if using a d tuna eddie van halen pulley thing (_ will work on an original EDGE tremolo on the old RG550. Its got a jem neck and i will need to block the trem from raising in pitch wich i will do no problen, its obviously not the tiger claw recess though. ANY help would be gladly taken.

From what I remember no, the D tuna systems will not fit on any of the Edge or lopro edge systems, the casting is to thick. It would probably work fine on the TRS trems, but then you are kind of losing the best part of the edge

thanks very much for the info, i thought it would be different. i think the edge tremolos are excellent though, feel just as good as a original floyd. What is the new edge like?
