Damaged RG350DX

So my buddy was describing terrible intonation issues with his RG350DX, so I figured it wasn't properly set up. I took a look at it and noticed one of the studs was severely out of alignment so I took of the bridge to take a look and found that the wood was broken on one side of the bridge cavity. I've been trying to think of the best way to fix this and one big issue is that it's quite difficult to get any glue into the break since there is barely any room available. It's really one where I don't have much faith in the stability of a wood glue repair on this one. Thoughts or suggestions?

You'll need to remove the plate under the foam that the 2 trem bushings are mounted on.
I'd also consider drilling the hole out and plugging it, then redrill the original hole once everything is glued and solid.

Very strange. I had a maple board RG350 that had almost the exact same crack. At first I thought it was a manufacturing defect. It might have been a bad piece of wood but I think the mystery was somewhat solved when I was standing in the same Sam Ash where I bought it and a guitar fell from the wall with an earth-shattering KErANG! I think the way the trem mounts are set and routed makes for this nasty break if it falls from a decent height.
To end on a positive note the one SA replaced it with was stellar. I very much regret selling it later.

Yeah, unless there's a defect, a guitar would have to fall right on the bridge to do this. It certainly surprised me when I realized the problem.
