Does an Ibanez like this exist?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, not sure where it should go. I just got an RGA121 and I LOVE it, best guitar I've owned by far. It's just so inspiring to play. Anyway, I like it so much I'm thinking about getting another, or something similar, and using one for drop tunings, the other for standard. The natural finish, carved top and Wizard Prestige neck is what I really love about it. I want something with a Prestige neck that has 24 frets...but I don't really like the RG body style (with the flat top) or locking trem. Do any other guitars aside from the RG have the 24 fret Prestige neck? Anyway here's my ideal Ibanez...does it exist?

Body Style: S, SA, SZ, JS / Radius
Finish: Natural finish or solid paint like white, black etc...no fancy swirl paint or sparkle paint (like the crushed ruby on the RGA), no flame or quilt maple top
Pickups: HH, 5-way blade or 3-way LP style
Neck: Wizard Prestige, 24 frets preferred
Bridge: Fixed, or non-locking vibrato, Wilkinson type

These are just what I prefer...not absolutely necessary...but does anything even come close? If not, I might try and piece it together myself. I know most (if not all) S models only have 22 frets and a 24 fret neck won't fit, but I could always route a new hole for the neck humbucker and move it backwards. That's a lot of work though. Another option would be to get another RGA and refinish it...I don't want to have two of the same guitar, and I don't like the violin finish / brown color on the 121, or the sparkle finishes. I have refinished several guitars, but refinishing a carved top seems like it would be tough...too much sanding and you mess up the contours of the top.

Closest thing I have found so far is the SZ4020 Prestige, which looks amazing, I like a flame top if it is a real maple cap, unlike the veneer on most RG and S models. However, I'm not sure if the neck is the same as the one on the RGA. Aside from being a neck-through, is it the same? Same profile, thickness, etc.? I'm guessing it is thicker but not sure as this model is discontinued...

So yeah, sorry for the long, rambling post...but can anyone give me some suggestions? I have also been considering Carvin and ESP guitars, but I own several Ibanez guitars and they've all been good to me so I'd like to keep it in the family so to speak Thanks!

You mean the SV5470? I don't like the colors haha...blueburst and cherryburst are both gross imo It's perfect otherwise, though...do they come in any other colors? And the RT / RX have the RG body shape, as well as a different neck, so that's a no go. Oh and yeah I don't really want MIK. Thanks for the suggestions!

There's a black SV5470A out this year. Whether it's available in the US I dunno.

Re: Does an Ibanez like this exist?

check the colors on the sv this year. also look at the overseas colors. maybe import one?

rt and rx both have the rg shape but the neck is similar to the rga. they had the viper neck so it is more fenderesque, but 24 fret. if you dont mind the shape..... the only other ones i can think of are the 442 radius series which was only made one year or an older Andy timmons model but they are only 22 fret. or maybe your can buy the parts....and put one together to meet your specs. combination of stew mac, mighty mite, and warmoth and used ibanez parts should get you there, i would recommend a gotoh bridge.

Re: Does an Ibanez like this exist?

Yeah, the DSB (Dark Sunburst) color is the cherry burst I was referring to earlier. Like this, right? Photoflames are just not my thing...I can tell it's fake, it's not attractive at all to me...and that's one reason I love my RGA121 so much. I wish Ibanez would see that not everyone equates quality / prestige with laminate flame tops. Can I just get a plain ol' black guitar? Pretty please? No transparent finish, no fake flame top. Haha. Really though, the new black on the SV5470 isn't bad:

The stained oil color on the SV5470 isn't bad either:

Neither are offered in the US, though, and both are too expensive to import. I guess I'll wait and see if we get offered those new colors here. Thanks again guys and let me know if you have any more suggestions!

Re: Does an Ibanez like this exist?

You mean build one from scratch? I do have the capability to do that, it's been a very long time since I've built a body from scratch though. I wouldn't pay a luthier to build one for me...not worth the money IMO. Warmoth and other companies don't make a similar shaped body, closest thing is a Jackson Soloist body, but you can't get AANJ with that. I'd rather just buy a cheap S body and fix it to fit a 24-fret neck. Ideally I'd just piece one together, but you can't get one of the above bodies that fits a 24-fret neck...the S5470 and SZ5470 seem to be unique in that aspect.

Speaking of which, I've decided to just save up and get an S5470. It has everything I want aside from the bridge, but really, I don't mind that. The ZR is an excellent trem. I'll just get a tremel-no if I feel the need. Thanks again guys!
