Edge Pro vs. Edge Zero

Does anyone know if the Edge Zero is interchangeable with the Edge Pro and vice versa without modification? Are the posts interchangeable as well?

Re: Edge Pro vs. Edge Zero

No. The trem blocks and springs are different.

Actually, to be more specific, can you put the Edge Zero trem and ZPS system into say, a 1570 body, without modding the body?

Re: Edge Pro vs. Edge Zero

I have the idea that the Edge Zero requires a slightly smaller route than the Edge Pro. You might be able to do that.

But ask Rich, I bet he knows that.

Re: Edge Pro vs. Edge Zero

I wonder if you could use the Edge Pro trem in conjunction with Edge Zero springs. Would make it alot easier to adjust the spring tension with the thumbwheel instead of a screwdriver. Probably not but it would be interesting to see if it might work. I wonder if this would work with an original Edge or a LoPro?
