F-spaced Humbucker and SAT30 bridge

Should I use an "F" spaced humbucker on my SA160QM?Can anyone tell me something good about the SAT30 bridge? I won't use it often,if ever,so will it stay in tune? Thanks.

If it is a non locking a wouldn't rely on tuning stability. You could slap some locking tuners on it and a graphite nut. That would help tuning stability greatly.

F spaced humbuckers are used on guitars with string spacing of more than 53 mm.

I haven't spent any time on a guitar with the SAT30 bridge, so i can't say with any authority at all. If you do have troubles, do as Kontalonis suggests and put some locking tuners and a GraphTech nut on it. If it's still not very stable, look at maybe replacing it with a Wilkinson or maybe a Fender Deluxe Locking bridge.
