* A white Gibson Les Paul Custom. Damn, the balls of that guitar just blew me away
* A purple PRS Custom 24. Unbelievable sweet singing tone
* A 2001 MXG (Patrick Eggle). Same stry as the PRS
* Both my Jem90th and my new JPM100P1 . The Jem because the neck is more and more worn in by my hand (play the **** out of it ), and the Petrucci because of the sound is just perfect for me. Crushing rythem, great clean, and fluid, liquid legato-leads.

FGM model by Ibanez.. I think it was a '96 model..

anyways it was super thin, body and neck and I likes tha wide spacing between the strings cause I've got really fat fingers.. thought only 22 frets, and a cheesy sharkfin inlay on th fretboard.. I loved it's tone and playability.. to bad Frank gambale went with Yamaha...

I've owned lots of guitars, but nothing has exceeded my Steinberger.

Other notable mentions...
Rikk Beatty's Jem 10th
My friend's 40th Anniversary Ltd. Ed. Carvin 7-string
My old guitarist's Washburn EC36
Martin D-45

PRS Custom 22
My Carvin DC127 Koa/ebony fretboard---all time clasic.
Parker Fly
Gibson SG with 1959 LP reissue pups/rosewood fretboard

For all-out bridge position shred only, I still haven't played better than my Charvel 475 Deluxe with Jackson J50BC pup (Soloist) and active elec. Just turn the mids almost all the way down for a slightly harsh, loud slashing sound! The cut and definition will take your head off, and make most guitars sound dull. Awesome neck too.

my old prince guitar.. its prince lx-22g or smth like that.. the only guitar i own ( getting a dbk soon tho :P, maybe tomorrow.. its weird it hasnt arrived yet.) but not the only guitar ive played.. well.. its a cheap guitar but damn.. i cant let her go.. n im modifying some parts to suit me.. scalloped half neck so far n changed the tuning machine.. maybe changing the fixed bridge to floyd rose and these single pups to humbuckers.. but still, this is the best guitar ive ever played..

Well a 69 les paul standard, and several ibanez jems, as well as a few vintage strats and custom shop guitars. My personal favorite currently is honestly my little rg520qs, but i know its not the best ever.

That I've played? Oh man, I haven't plaid many really expensive guitars, so I'm sure there's better out there, but (categorically):

Sound:
Tie between RG-7620 through H&K something-or-other half-stack and my Squier Strat (w/ DiMarzio Super Distortion) or Schecter Revenger-7 through my Line6 Flextone II.

Feel:
My Squier Strat feels so comfortable to me it's not even funny.

Rock-Star-ism:
Flying V. It just looks friggin' cool while playing it

My fav is an accoustic that I played with at the Healdsburg Luthier's convention. It was a steel string dreadnaught with Brazillian rosewood back and sides and Engleman (I think) spruce top. Since there were many, many, guitars to choose from, like Olsons, Taylors, etc. etc. for one guitar to stand out in that crowd truly impressed me. (There were over 150 different luthiers showing their wares) The abalone eagle inlaid on the ebony pickguard caught my eye, next was the Aztec pattern inlaid up the fretboard in abalone, (Hey, it's a luthiers convention, gotta show off the good stuff right?) I picked it up not expecting to much in the sound and/or playability depts. To much emphasis on aesthetics I'm thinkin. I strum an E chord, and my stomach starts vibratin with rich bass pounding outta this thing. So I whip my hand up to the twelfth fret and hit the top three strings and these crystal clear treble notes ring out. So I start doin my best Phil Keaggy impersonating, (which is pretty sad) and the thing sounds good. D@MN good! $6500.00 brings her home, but I don't happen to carry that kinda cash around in my socks, so all I can do is remember her. By now you're probably thinkin enough already tell us who made it!!!
No.
I'm still hopin to get her and I don't want someone else to get her 'cause I pointed them in the right direction.
Selfish I know.
Once I get her though I'll give up the info!!!

Currently, it'd have to be the EBMM/JP 6-string I tried out a few days ago. I can't believe I found a guitar that felt as good as my JEM7VWH. It felt so amazing I sat there and played on it for a good 2 hours without even realizing it.

I started scheming as to how to get one before I even got back to the car, and I think I've almost got it figured out.
