FGM 100 neck available on any other model?

hey guys,

I'm really digging the thin neck, thin frets on my FGM100. Does anyone know if this neck comes on any other Ibanez models?

Man, my wife is gonna kill me for wanting more. Ha ha.

It's the Wizard neck, it's on loads of models, including the RG550.

IIRC the FGM had smaller gauge fretwire than a regular Wizard, having said that, it was 10 years ago when I sold mine, always prefered the neck on my S540LTD.
Read the specs at the bottom of each, the frets were indeed smaller on the FGM

I think the FGM Wizard is the same radius as the regular Wizard -- 430mm.

I wasn't aware that the fret wire was smaller, that's news to me. Never really looked into it, though.

I like the LTD, sweet looking but the 22 frets is a bummer for me. I'll see if Ibanez support has a part #.

Ha ha. I know, but they've been good to me with my 85 Roadstar II (knocks on wood.) I also wrote Rich at ibanezrules.

Someone has to know. Hmmm, wonder if the FG forums know?
