Parts? Heavens no, the only sacred one is the Radius. Those stay together and this one in particular plans to stay in my collection for a long time :-)

IMO, the JS is a backward step from the Radius so calling a JS a radius is more the insult.

I too love a good radius. Sabers as well. That's a nice guitar. I hope to get one with two humbuckers. That being said, I also have a JS1000 that was signed by him, the man, the myth, the legend,... Mr. Joe Satriani, and I would not be able to say which is better. I like to many to put any down myself. My non guitar playing friends thought I was nuts when I came home with the jem77fp.. I don't care.. If Ibanez were to call and ask... I would have them make a mahogany JS body with original edge trem in Purple Neon with color matched sharktooth inlays on a thin neck like the jem7dbk has and a Tone Zone and Air Norton and while they're at it they can make me a 7 string to match oh and don't forget the color matching headstocks.
