gsa60 sat10 bridge

hi! just got a new gsa from a local music shop and im on the process of setting it up. my problem is; i noticed that the bridge's side base is not parallel to the body of the guitar [its like something's pulling the trem bar down]. i noticed that the 3 block lock screws is not firmly screwed to the block. is this normal?? thanks!
