Follow up 3 years later!
I got one of them back and it was the one I wanted. This started out as a BC Rich STIII. I have done everything in the world to that guitar. The last time I refinished it, I put the pics on it and a Jackson Dinky (actually custom) neck.
I knew it was too unique to stay missing forever. It's weird, how it got returned to me.
A friend, who by chance is a cop, was looking for a cheap TV. So he checked a local website of government seized stuff. On the list he saw Jackson guitar, so just on a lark he clicked the link and BAM! It Was my guitar! His wife is the best friend of my now ex-fiance

that I am still good friends with.
I called the Cops about getting it back and there is no serial number because I have fuly modded the body and had a custom neck, so the guy would NOT give it to me because I couldn't prove that it was mine.
Later my ex-fiance went with me to see the authorities who were holding on to it. And we fuss with him. My ex then says "what, you want me to pull off my top and show you my t*ts to prove it's me on the guitar?" (she would gladly do it , she has amazing boobs!) He then opens the case looks at it, and asked which pictures were her. Two pics have her face in them so it's pretty obvious and he let me have it back.

The story goes: in late January a year ago, The Sherrifs dept. did a raid on Raul Hernandez at 2005 Santa anna, San Antonio, Texas who was running a meth lab. According to the sherriff I spoke to, my guitar was probably traded for 2 bags of smack!
It then stayed in a county storage building for the next 9-10 months until the county decided to auction it off.
She's in decent shape, but unfortuantely the heat from being in the storage unit did some damage. The nitro that I used to clear coat it, gets soft in extreme heat, so the finish on the back and the neck now has the black fur carpet stuck to the back of it. I'll have to refinish the neck, but I'll just leave that back as it is. It gives it character. Eric and I decided we are gonna put the word "SMACK" on the back of the guitar!
Anyways, there are some happy endings!
