Headstock of a hard tailed RG

Could someone please post a pic of the headstock of a hard tailed RG. I´d like to see what the truss rod cover looks like.

Yeah, thanks. It looks kinda ugly compared to the regular model. I am going to get myself a custom guitar one day which will have a hard tail and I was just wondering what kind of truss rod cover I am going to put in it. I think I´ll stick to the regular cover and just put that string guide go over it, because that ordinary cover looks ugly too if there isn´t a string guide.

The Ibanez headstock looks pretty good with just a cleanly cut oval and no cover. I just made one like that with a flame maple headstock veneer. Just a long oval starting about 1/4" past the nut, and just long enough for whatever kind of wrench. Mine is narrow because it requires an allen wrench, not the big open pipe-style wrench, but even a bigger one, when cut cleanly can look really nice. Also mine has a "U" shaped bottom, not a flat squared off one, and I think that looks nicer, too. I thought there were some J-customs done like that but I could be mistaken.

Nope, I never got a digital camera. I used up that "budget" on the camcorder! I usually make my friend take pics when I'm selling something or what have you. He does it professionally on the side, and has a great camera. I recently switched IP's so if they have some free space I'll get a pic of this headstock and put it up, or just e-mail it to you.
