Help identifying an artist
Hey all.
I found this for sale in a city that I'll be visiting some time this year, and I'm wondering about the specific model number.
It's the only 24-fret
Artist
I've seen, and there's no Ibanez logo on the ball-end holder, so I'm a little puzzled!

Re: Help identifying an artist
Ah, interesting. Does it have coil tap? Should I grab it?
It'll probably cost me around $600

That's a 1978 2618. The finish is called CherryWine. For $600 I would have bought already, no question

Re: Help identifying an artist
Thanks jim.
I'll make a call when I visit the city which it is in, but first I am going around my town's supermarkets to put up notes saying I'm looking for old Ibanez guitars (just to see what happens).
Cheers!
