Help with dating an s series please

Hi,
I have an S370DVF in new condition with the plastic still on the pickups, truss cover, and back plates. The serial on the headstock is W910584 (Made in Korea CE). This looks to me to be from either 1999, 1991, or 1989 depending on how I read the number. The neck has the special S inlays, however, which I don't believe were in production until 2001 or 2002? There is no model designation on the back of the headstock either. Just the serial as described above silkscreened on. The front of the headstock has "S Series" on it.

Can anyone help date this guitar correctly? And what factory does the W infront of the serial number stand for?

I should mention also that the locking nut screws do not come up from the back of the neck but are rather screwed in from the top. They are phillips head screws.

And, it has a black "Ibanez TRS Trem" with the "Licensed under Floyd Rose Patents" wording scrunched around the trem arm hole.
