Nothing, because it´s so bad bridge! It can´t be taken from an S570, because they had Lo-Pro Edges.

If you´re changing single locking to lo trs II you´re changing a big pile of s*it to a smaller pile of s*it, it still stinks. If I were you I´d try to find Orig. Floyd to replace the old one or started saving my money for a better guitar. But if you must have that lo trs at least don´t pay anything above 20 bucks.

look i'm from israel... no one sells here second hand original floyds..
and a new costs about 1200 NiS
that's about 300 bucks.. that's too much for me
I only want the guitar to stay in tune.. I'm not interested to use it as Vai uses it..
It can stay in tune more than 2 weeks?

hi Ibanez junkie.........My personal opinion.......
I would just leave your guitar like it is....maybe upgrade the pickups if you havent already...
Just practice your chops and be happy with it till you can afford a upgraded model

No, you won´t get your guitar stay in tune with lo trs. You´re lucky if you get it stay in tune for more than 5 minutes let alone 2 weeks! Lo trs will take you nowhere. Believe me i know what I´m talking about (I own one guitar with a bridge in question and it sucks big time). Just start saving your money for a new guitar if you want a guitar that stays in tune.

if you just want it to stay in tune and dont really use the trem then block
you will get excelent tuning stability, you can then just wait to get something with a better trem

I would just block the trem...the TRS will not help you that much, and you'll only be spending more money...I would stick to what you have and save up for a used RG550 or somrthing of that sort...

The TRS isn't necessarily BAD, it's just not particularly good compared to the Edge. It will be infinitely better in terms of tuning stability than the current bridge on your guitar, and if you can get one cheap it will serve its purpose adequately. The only reason I don't really like them is that the way they operate seems to have more to do with the pull of the springs rather than whatever you do with the bar. They're not as smooth in use and as easy to control as as Edge.
It's easy to bash the TRS when you have access to something better, but like Ibanez Junkie said, sometimes the better alternative isn't available.

That's what fine tuners are for. I haven't had to tune mine any more often than my Edge-equipped guitars. Ever heard of a
Fender Strat
? No locking system at all, needs retuning constantly, but I've never heard SRV or
Jeff Beck
be hampered by it.

Pretty much no
trem guitar
is going to stay in tune for more than a week, even if you don't use it that much. I would probably pay around 50 for it if I was you, but that is considering the fact that I don't know how much things sell for in your country. Don't believe that just because it is crap, that you shouldn't buy it, cause if your not recording something or playing live, it really doesn't matter if your guitar is in perfect tune.

Oops, that was a pretty stupid point
I was just trying to say that you shouldn't not buy it, just because it is not the best.
