How to paint a guitar...

Hey guys, I've been thinking on painting my Ibanez RG5EX1 (I'll Include pics). I have been thinking about using the purple-ish chameleon paint that changes colors. Or -> Just painting the swoosh mark behind the Ibanez logo blue to match the pups; and paint a blue/black checker-board pattern along the neck for the top fret indicators. Maybe something more? Maybe something differnt? What do you guys think? What would you recommend for ideas and/or what are the tips and recommendations for painting it?? -Thanks guys!

Ok, so apparently I don't have enough posts on here yet to include a link to the photos, but I'll PM anyone who inquires with the link.
