Agreed, your swirls are very interesting. To me they have more of a 60's vibe than an 80's or 90's thing but they are really organized and unique. Would like to see you try a few with more different colors in them some time.

There cool, but I like 'em more chaotic myself.

Out of curiosity you should try to do some more chaotic stuff, if you can do clean this good, I can't imagine what some crazy ones would look like.

For the ATD lovers (and i am one too!):

I've seen a Passion & Warfare ATD style swirl from Alan and it's on par with the best of Darren...

This man is the real deal and i truly hope his business succeeds.

Al, i think a Scooby Doo PMC 7 string is doable in the near future

If people want ATD style swirls they are doable but a lot of the time they come with imperfections like small runs IMO its part and parcel of how I believe Darren was doing them (maybe Im wrong). After looking at loadssss of ATD pics lots have color bleeds and small runs, I have done some that didnt have either of these but lots of them did and thats the gamble. I have done many test because I Know that lots of you guys are ATD fans (as Am I) and if I can replicate Darren style then As Darren is knowlonger around I might be able to offer an alternative, it wont be an ATD and never will be But I hope it would be pretty dang hard to tell the diffrence. You guys are a tough crowd but I will swirl one in an ATD style soon, along the lines of what Gilkybear has as I believe this to be amongst darrens best work. Also Darrens Swirls go from clean a crisp with defined lines to total chaos, color bleeds, lizards, thats a wide range. So I think it will be. "You can please some of the people some of the time..." All I can say is I will do my best.

Cheers Andyt, your output has been quiet this year? Or did I miss another one after the donnie? I dont think I will win with the ATD attempt, I think its hallowed ground.
