I may be stupid, but I need help with my lopro edge

Recently I bought an used rg 550 ltd, but the tremolo arm is too lose and the bridge doesn`t vibrate as much as the gotoh bridge in my other guitar. How can I solve this? I repeat, I may be dumb, but before I do some stupid I`d like to hear what you can tell me about it. I`ll post some pics of the guitar as soon as I guet a proper camera.

Did the trem arm come with bushings (the two little white plastic rings on the trem arm)?
