So I'm betting $1,500 for an RG1570 now then? Glad I got mine in 2007 for $750.

Re: IBANEZ 2013 (who has the inside scoop)

Found some stuff

RG2721

SV5470

Comes with EMGs!

RG1550

SynchoniZR bridge! Don't know if that's good or bad since I've never used one. Supposed to be an alder body too

Interesting choice with the ZR on the RG 550. I've never tried one, how does it compensate for the string friction in the nut? (I've always had locking nuts on trems)

I've never tried one either...hope someone chimes in...but I'm more surprised with the switch from basswood to alder since RGs have always been basswood (in general).

I think all of these are on Ibanez's Japanese site already.
The RG2721 comes in a SMOKING hot orange quilt.

Who knows what we'll actually get.....

Also, I'm really hoping it's not the FTLOG guitar. Would not dig.
Tuned a whole step lower + two extra frets = can still play high E.

Is that a 27" scale, then? Is that what baritone means? The neck looks longer than normal on the rear view (actually, the body looks smaller, but same thing proporitionally).

No one has even mentioned this one yet.

It's a Gio, but look at that color!

And matching headstock!

Yes it's a beauty, but Caribbean Blue has been around for decades.

No one has stated the blatantly obvious so I'll do it, the black with pearloid plate looks kinda like a 540PII horn if you ask me.....
