Ibanez 320Q bending/tuning issue

Hi

I own a ibanez 320Q guitar, its an amazing guitar. Im just having an issue, when i bend strings the notes seem to go flat again. I want to know if this is me or the guitar or a bit of both. When i bend the string i can actually see the bridge lifting.

I really need some help, my previous floating bridge wasn't this bad

It's a normal issue on floyd rose guitars. the position of the bridge is located by the balance between the strings and the springs tension, so if you bend a string the other will go flat, bt you can compensate it by bending other notes too

Yeah, i know that. The problem is, the string im actually bending goes flat as soon as i reach pitch, which means you have to bend it further again.

do you stretch your strings after you restring? are the saddles moving forward?
