Ibanez Acoustic input?

Looking to pick up a new Ibanez Exotic wood acoustic. Anyone have any input that would help me out on the wood type to go with? I'm a fan of snappy mid range sounding properties.

Big leaf maple will always give you a nice snap...

Cedar top with maple back/sides would be a unique sound. Engleman spruce top or Sitka will likely give you more high end but cedar would mellow it some.
