Ibanez Edge trem bar replacement?

I have an RG565, made in 1990, so I assume it has an original Edge in it (though I cannot be sure, hence this thread).

The only bar I can find for it online simply says:

Ibanez Tremolo Bar for Edge or Edge II

Is there any way to be sure that it will fit what I have?

Re: Ibanez Edge trem bar replacement?

Just get the one with the 2 white nylon bushings and you're good to go.

And yes, the 565 did indeed have the original Edge.

Edge bars can easily be found on e-Bay. Easy. No need to use anything else. I don't think an OFR bar will do the job at all.

Theres no such thing as an "edge1", but, assuming you mean an edge... why try an OFR bar first?

Anyway, the OFR bar wont do the trick at all, unless you change the arm holder... Edge is push in / click, OFR has the screwy ring thingy on it to lock it in place...

Here you go: copy and paste this item number into e-Bay search box: 110020123522

If you miss that auction: 230017687703

The first one is cheaper.
