Ibanez RG321 MHOL

Has anyone here bought one of these?

I got mine for under $300 including shipping from music 123.

I put PAF PROS and knobs in it and a Mega Switch P from Stew Mac and it plays and sounds great.

The neck joint and the tuners are very good and there is no breakage from the saddles.

My guitar came with chrome mounting rings instead of the black ones in the photos. I don't have any ugly buzzes and it was set up well.

I think it has great value for the money and IMHO it sounds as good as the Jem or GB models (with pickup changes) if you are on a budget and can't afford those guitars.

Hopefully Glen can write a review and update us on the mods he made to his Blue RG 421.

Saw one of these hanging up at my local Ibanez dealer...very tempting I must say Beautiful guitars, don't look as cheap as they cost

read a lot of good things about this 321, but it has yet to debut at my dealer's... would definitely get one!

I had an old black one of these last year - borrowed off of a mate for 2 weeks. I loved it! It didnt seem very low end at all, and I was expecting it to be pants compared to the 421, but I was suprised. It played and sounded lovely.....and it gave you that downtuning option that you dont get with other Ibanez. I have been meaning to get one ever since especially as they are dirt cheap too. I recomend them.

i played one, but i didnt dig the neck on it... its good for the price though. I prefer the one on my RG250. i dunno if its a different type of neck or what but i think it just feels better. and i got the 250 new for about 220$ on sale... ;p
