I was thinking more inline with:

NJ=Giants, Mets, Yankees, Devils fan
DE=Eagles, Phillies, Flyers

Okay, I think I've been able to break this down into the good and the bad! There are always negatives in life! Here's how I see it...

THE POSITIVES!

1-Honest.
2-Reliable service.
3-Stays in contact.
4-Knows his stuff.
5-Really good guy.
6-Ships and packages like a pro. (Because he is one)
7-More knowledgeable on Ibanez than most people on the planet.
8-Has been doing this for a long time. Which says a lot...
9-Never disappoints
10-Has great taste in boots...

THE NEGATIVES!

1-He's a Phillies fan... This may not be important unless your team has just played his in the World Series!

In all seriousness, I have purchased from Rich, and will absolutely do so again!!

I rarely watch baseball, unless the Phills are in the playoffs, and a game or 2 a year with friends. I'm a die hard Eagles fan though, so that one you can hold against me
