Nope. *They didn't come out until the std joint was all gone.

IMO they (&amp; the 620) are wonderful guitars.

there weren't any with the old, but there were some S470's with a tune-o-matic that had the old neckjoint.

I realized I posted this thread, and I need a locking nut neck :doh: Thx anyway appreciate the info. I'm looking for a JS type neck(all maple preferably w/ medium frets) Thx!

Ahh... it wouldn't fly for you anyway, then... the SC necks are a 25.1" scale, not 25.5".
