Ibanez truss rods suck!!!

ok so i had a Ibanez RD370DXL and i was putting an OFR in it and as i was replacing it, i noticed that i needed to adjust my truss rod.So as i was "adjusting" it, i noticed it wasnt moving, the allen just was turning inside the nut. I tried atleast 10 different allens and NONE of them worked.So,my truss rod broke...IT BROKE!!! After i realized it was broke,i destroyed the guitar....pic wil be up this afternoon. This is the 2nd or 3rd case iv heard of Ibanez truss rods breaking,personally..i will never buy another Ibanez.........EVER!

Sounds like a grandstanding post to me, but I'll bite.
I've never heard of Ibanez trussrods being any better or worse than other manufacturers, but it seems to me that you were not using an appropriate tool in the first place(10 different keys?) , so it's your fault, not the manufacturer.

corean, indonesian and chinese Ibanezs (and many other brands) use a new type of truss-rod, where the allen bolt is enclosed in a barrel, but they aren't flush each other, being the bolt moved deeper into the barrel by about 5mm. if you don't know this already, you stick the allen key into the barrel but you're convincted you're sticking it into the bolt. so, as you turn the allen key, you can't see the bolt turning, while the barrel doesn't move. in other words, it really looks like the bolt isn't turning. it's probably that your truss-rod was working but you couldn't see it, and you broke your guitar with no reasons.

Hate to disappoint, but I've heard of truss rods from Fender, Gibson, you name it, breaking and it's been more than 2 or 3 times.
