I was surfing the Ibanez site, and stumbled unto this.

The details can be found at: http://www.ibanez.co.jp/world/ShowUs/

Re: Ibanez wants you to show them your modded Ibanez guitars

Well, I just submitted my 1077xl (Hey, pickups caps count as a mod ) mainly because im curious if it even gets through. I would have put my Bad Horsie replica up, but the only part of that that is authentically Ibanez is the neck. So I figured this had a better chance.

Re: Ibanez wants you to show them your modded Ibanez guitars

So.. why do they need my adress? It's not very clear what they're gonna do with the entrys. Will this be turned into some kind of competition?

Anyway, we got a thread here with hundreds of tastefully modded guitars inside.
I see a RG270 sticker finish edition coming

Right, right.
but they are still good ideas. If Ibanez just leaves the monkey grip and lions claw out they wouldn't be jems so they dont have to worry about Vai using them.
