Not sure how many were produced in total but they were only produced for a few years if I recall correctly. They dont pop up often, I think I saw 3-4 on **** this year and was lucky to score one myself. They tend to go for $2000-$2700, I nabbed mine for under $2k.
IMO they are worth every penny, great craftsmanship and tone. Now the pickups arent the hottest in the world but is good for rock/ hard rock and mellow clean tones. If you want to play Metal or heavier music you might want to swap them out. But the tone with the stock
neck pickup is great for warm leads.
I would say its the most impressive Ibanez model I have played, but I havent tried a Jem or Prestige as of yet.
