Interchangeable Bridges for the RG?

If my RG has an EdgePro II bridge, is it possible to replace it with a Original Floyd Rose, or EdgePro? I heard the EdgePro II isn't as good, and was wondering what I can do about it.

I believe its a direct swap with an Edge Pro if you use the old anchors and studs. I dont think its a direct swap for an OFR.

as far as I remember it's not. the Edge Pro is longer than the Edge Pro II.

There's a Jemsiter who swapped his RGT42FMDR with an EdgePro with no problems AFAIK (would the owner of this 'nez, plz stand up )

7 string version of the Edge Pro. As for the bridge, the only one i know that'd fit in the EdgePro II's cavity is the EdgePro.

I just did a price check on Ibanez's website, the EdgePro II is the same price as the EdgePro....$280!!!
